Why We Do What We Do

We're a group of Millennials working to create affordable housing options for our generation and the next. With many of us struggling with student loans and credit card debt, fewer job opportunities, and pay so low you need a side gig to stay afloat, becoming financially independent can seem far off.

But it doesn't have to be.

Rather than ditch your favorite latte or avoiding avocado toast, saving money on rent is the easiest way to get ahead or stay on track for financial success. For example, our housemates in Tempe, AZ save an average of $350/mo renting one of our rooms rather than a typical studio apartment ... that's over $4,200 a year or roughly 1,000 lattes.

Aside from money, we save you time by fully furnishing the common areas and kitchen, handling the utilities split (so you're not chasing roommates down for money), and taking care of maintenance issues quickly. In other words, we eliminate the stress of doing everything on your own and allow you to focus on simply enjoying your space.
