We've just recently renovated a 5 bedroom home in Tempe near Southern/Rural and are looking for housemates to join us here. We're about 9 minutes from ASU, and close to Walmart, Frys, Sprouts, and Ross. The neighborhood is pretty quiet but is conveniently located to a lot of shopping, restaurants, and the 60 fwy. All of the common areas will be fully furnished with furniture and decorations.
